This is the major branch of the company in terms of total investment.  It is primarily engaged in the development and selling of real estate properties particularly commercial and residential buildings along with buying and selling of land and commercial buildings. At present there are 9 construction projects in progress, which include a shopping mall, residence villas, commercial flats, etc.

Engaged in partnership with other investors in converting undeveloped land into a developed residential & commercial land.
