Tyre Division is the first division in Al Howail Company, established in 1978. It is engaged in buying and selling of tyres, tubes and batteries for all kinds of cars, trucks, industrial and heavy equipment. It is also selling repair materials for tyres and tubes.
At present the Division has 11 branches, 14 showrooms and warehouses [owned & rented] in the following major cities of Saudi Arabia: Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Khamis Mushayt, Qassim, Hail, Tabuk, Sakaka & Taif. It has also representative offices in Makkah, Hofuf, Al Jouf, Arar, Jizan and Bahah. Its head office is located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. |

This division of the company is established in 1986 and engaged in Retreading of tyres using Cold Process Technology of Bandag USA [previously joint venture]. It has factories in Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah and 2 others under construction in Khamis Mushayt and Tabuk. It has also representative offices in many towns and cities of the Kingdom supported by well-trained salesmen of different nationalities.
The Division has maintained its status as the kingdom’s major tyre Retreading Company. It controls over 50% [approx.] of the Saudi Arabian market |

The Division started operating since 1984. Its main line of business are electrical fans, lighting fixtures, bulbs, fluorescent tubes, cables, sanitary wares and other related electrical & sanitary products. |

Farm Division is operating since 1986 mainly engaged in production of wheat and barley. Wheat & barley production is being sold directly to the government. The farm with a total area of more than 1000 acres of cultivated land is located in Garrea about 300 km northwest of Dammam along the Pipe Line Highway. |

This division is the major branch of the company in terms of total investment. It is primarily engaged in the development and selling of real estate properties particularly commercial and residential buildings along with buying and selling of land and commercial buildings. At present there are 9 construction projects in progress, which include a shopping mall, residence villas, commercial flats, etc. Engaged in partnership with other investors in converting undeveloped land into a developed residential & commercial land. |

This division started operating since 2002. It is engaged mainly for the manufacture of wooden doors, kitchen cabinets, windows and furniture and other wood related products. The operational factory of the division having covered area of 10,500 square meter. |

The company is under the direct supervision of Mr. Mamdouh Aziz Al Howail [Managing Partner], which is assisted by Mr. Mohammed Aziz Al Howail [General Manager] and Mr. Mansour Al Howail [Regional Manager]. It has been on steady growth since its inception. Total assets and aggregate income had been on the rise with almost no bank exposure except for clearing of cheques and those related to import documents. Banks in general are willing to support Al Howail once the need arises.
The administrative staff supporting the Management Team is of different nationalities with expertise in their line of work. Most of those in Management and finance are degree holders, some having Masteral Degree in their chosen field or are Certified Accountants by their respective Governments. |
